La nuova capitale della moda per Chanel? Shanghai, ovvero la “Parigi d’Oriente”che, a partire dal 25 novembre, ospiterà anche l’inaugurazione di una fra le più lussuose boutique del famoso marchio parigino. Situata sul Bund, nota promenade della città, questa location di 480 mq si apre a una costellazione di aree dedicate ad accessori, prêt-à-porter, calzature, orologeria e gioielleria, oltre che a un’inedita area Vip. E solo in questo spazio esclusivo saranno vendute le nuove proposte che il genio di Lagerfeld ha colorato di un’inconfondibile rosso lacca: tonalità cara alla celebre couturière che, nella sua residenza-suite all’hotel Ritz di Parigi, aveva ricreato un angolo esotico con una sontuosa collezione di paraventi Coromandel.

Kate Moss Lingerie for Topshop.
Last week Kate Moss launched her lingerie line for Topshop, a pleasent collection which sits well together but it is evident even from the 'on the manequin' shots that it is a far cry away from fitting anybody properly, much like her womenswear collections. Inspired by the orient and far away lands, this commercial collection will no doubt sell very well. What I always find interesting about Moss's collections is that she designs from what she used to wear, a few years behind...and so now she has revealed to the whole nation,the underwear she wore a few years ago.
Favourites are the butterfly bra, and the vintage rose teddy.
